What may be the TEF?

Formally recognized since 2012 through the French Secretary of state for National Education, Greater Education and Research included in an initial registration in undergraduate college studies, the TEF for studies in France assesses your written and spoken French skills.

The TEF for studies in France is compulsory for just about any foreign candidate student to some first enrollment within the first year license in a college in France.

Applicants must satisfy the needs for dental and written tests from the TEF and obtain a minimum of 14 from 20 within the written expression test to become qualified within the newbie of license.

How and when can one obtain the results and certificate(s)?

Your grades will be delivered to you via email within two days from the test date.

We'll email you again whenever we receive your certificate, and you'll be in a position to either get it in the FIAF Language Center or request so that it is mailed for you. Please permit 2-4 days in the test date for all of us to get your certificate.

For emigration purposes, you have to submit the next either personally or via mail:
– an authentic signed registration form
– a duplicate of the passport or ID Card (in writing)

Exam participation are only able to be transferred to another session in situation of sickness. A doctors note (not via email) should be mailed over the following 72 hours from the test.
